Ani & Wren

As a stylist, I buy my clothes with intention and am always looking for pieces that I love and will keep long-term. Finding maternity clothes that fit the bump AND will last for years wasn’t easy until I found Ani and Wren!

This Monday, I had the pleasure of visiting and collaborating with Ani and Wren. This lovely store is located at 1172 Yonge St and provides women with curated maternity and contemporary collections for before, during & after pregnancy. What I love most about this store? I can purchase stylish clothes that fit my body with the bump but will be able to continue wearing them after my pregnancy as well. Whether you are pregnant or not, this store has something for everyone—not to mention, the women who work and run the store are incredible, inspiring people and will help you find the perfect style for you.

Can I let you in on a little secret? I’ve actually been shopping at Ani & Wren for years. I learned about the store when my friends who were pregnant needed to find clothes… naturally they asked me where they should shop. After a little research, I discovered the store and took them there. While helping my friends shop at Ani & Wren, I actually often picked up a few pieces of mine own. I loved wearing my Ani & Wren pieces when I wasn’t pregnant but what I love even more is that I have clothes in my closet that I bought years ago that work for me now, with my new body and will continue to work for me after pregnancy.

During my visit this week, I browsed the racks full of chic styles perfect for this Fall/Winter season and put together outfits with just a few of my favourites. Want to see the looks and shop these pieces? Browse them below and head to https://aniandwren.com/ to shop and support a local Toronto business!

A few more of my favourite things…

The cotton jumpsuit you can breast feed in and dress up or down with a sneaker or heel, denim jacket or blazer.
I’ve decided that I won’t be buying a diaper bag and instead making one of my favourite totes (I already own) work by using this insert. It has all the pockets you need to store diapers, bottle etc, and comes with a change pad for easy diaper changes.
I use this belly dry oil every night.
I use this cream every morning.
Recommended by Ani & Wren… this is the nursing bra I’ll be wearing in the new year!
I tried this dress on and LOVED it. It’s nursing friendly but very chic worn on it’s own or with a leather jacket or sweater layered over top.
